- “SANKALP” offers premium quality engineered frames and door sets to fit every need. Engineered frame is made up of solid woods and available in Steam Beech, Teakwood and Red Meranti species. Solid wood Frame can also be provided in natural finish or is stained to match the veneer / laminate specified for Door Panel. Solid wood frames can be painted in any colour to match the door leaf. It is customization options.
- Matching Edge banding is also used to give an elegance look. It’s also known as Pre-factory finished or complete solutions. The cost is lower for pre-finished door set because finishing done in a factory is less labor-intensive, therefore saving labor costs. Also, pre-finished door set are typically more durable than site-finished because the finishing is done in a temperature-controlled, dust-free environment.

Timber is treated with preservative chemicals as per IS 401 and seasoned in automatic kin seasoning plant as per IS: 1144. This process reduces the moisture content up to the desirable level and make wood durable, termite-free, borer free and fungi-free.
Stile / Rail
Finger jointed stile/rail made of selected hardwood species having good screw holding capacity. (generally mango wood/Pine Wood)
Cross Band
From selected species conforming to IS710. (Generally Poplar/Mango / Gurjan)
Adhesive
It is a key element for manufacturing Flush Doors, Superior bonding & waterproofing (BWP) criteria are achieved.
Face Veneer
There is no best alternative to Gurjan Wood as a face veneer. (as per 15710)
